By this application, respondent nos.1a to 1d are seeking permission to withdraw the amount of compensation of Rs.7,53,827/-, which was deposited by the appellant with the Registry of this Court vide Pursis stamp No.11738 of 2017.

It is stated that First Appeal No.739 of 2016 came to be dismissed in default for want of private paper book. It is further stated that the appellant has not filed any application for restoration of the aforesaid appeal.

In view of above, respondent nos.1a to 1d/applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation i.e. Rs.7,53,827/- along with interest accrued thereon.

Upon furnishing bank account details by respondent nos.1a to 1d, Registry to release the aforesaid amount in their bank accounts, within a period of two weeks.

The application stands disposed of.
