Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondents. This application is for permission to amend the application thereby bringing on record certain legal submissions. Paragraph 3 of the Application (APPP) No. 803 of 2019 reveals that the proposed amendment is referring to some law reported in the case of Vilas Majrikar vs. State of Maharashtra, reported at 2016 (1) Mh. L.J. (Cri) 136. Having considered the nature of amendment prayed for, the amendment is not found to be necessary as the amendment sought for is in the nature of legal submission which can be referred to during the course of final hearing.

0706appp803.19 Application (APPP) No. 803 of 2019 is, therefore, devoid of merit. The same is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to refer the aforesaid judgment at the time of final hearing.
