Perused the order dated 16th December, 2019. This Court has permitted the respondent No.1 to withdraw 50% of the amount subject to the conditions. Due to pandemic situation, this order could not be implemented. The respondent No.1 is in urgent need of the money. Hence, the order:-

O R D E R

a) The Office is directed to do the personal verification of respondent No.1 and to comply with the formalities on 11th November, 2020 and to do the needful.
