Puranik and Advocate Shri M.R. Pillai submit that special leave petition is dismissed by Hon'ble Apex Court on 16.7.2018.

In this situation, we permit respondent No.1 - Board to withdraw that amount, along with interest, if any, and to disburse the same as per law amongst other respondents.
