After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the statement made in the paragraph no.13 of the petition that this petition is misconceived inasmuch as cause of action in favour of the petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that permission to grant him to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition if cause of action accrues.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner file fresh petition in case any cause of action is accrued in his favour.
