At the outset, Shri Syed Shahid, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant No.1 Sheikh Ajaz S/o Sheikh Bahar who is the accused No.4 in the First Information Report No.116 of 2020 registered with Police Station Urad, Dist. Akola for an offence punishable under Sections 324, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, wishes to file an application for discharge before the trial Court. He therefore, seeks withdrawal of this application. 3.

The Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to the applicant No.1 to file discharge application before the trial Court.

If such an application is filed it shall be decided by the learned Judge, in accordance with law.
