Heard Mrs. Vaishali Khadekar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri P.V. Vaidya, learned counsel for the respondent.

As directed by this Court on 21.05.2019, both the petitioner and the respondent along with their children are present. I counseled with the parents and the children in the presence of their counsel. The respondent - wife admits that the petitioner - father has equal right over both the children, however, she is not willing to send the children with the father because of his past conduct. Both the children shown their inclination to go with the father. After having counseling session for about half an hour, in my opinion, the following arrangement will be in the interest of both the parties and the children. i) Today, both the children will be with the petitioner - father up to 7.00 P.M. He will drop the children to the place of the respondent by 7.00 P.M today. ii) Tomorrow i.e. on 25.05.2019, the respondent - wife shall drop both the children to the house of the petitioner at 11.00 AM and the children would be with the

2405wp3625.19 petitioner from then up to 2.00 P.M. on 27.05.2019. iii) The petitioner shall drop the children back to the place of the respondent by 2.00 P.M. on 27.05.2019. In view of the aforesaid arrangement, the impugned order dated 10.05.2019 to the extent it relates to point No. 1, is hereby quashed and set aside. The parties to act accordingly.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there shall be no order as to costs. JUDGE *GS.
