1) That, since the respondent no.4 society has promised the petitioner that they would accommodate / repatriate the petitioner.

2) In view of the above, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition.

Hence, this pursis.

The petitioner is therefore permitted to withdraw this petition. Hence, it is dismissed as withdrawn.
