It is not in dispute that the Education Officer earlier granted approval to the employment of the petitioner on 30.08.2013 and it has been cancelled by him on 31.03.2017.

The controversy is covered by judgment dated 14.09.2017 in Writ Petition No. 3057 of 2017 and other connected matters.

Hence, for the same reasons and with similar directions and observations, we allow the present writ petition. No order as to costs.
