Respondent No.1 has already prepared the cheques in the name of the eight petitioners. It is, however, submitted that in spite of the intimation being given to the petitioners to receive the said cheques, they have not received the same.

We direct respondent no.1 to prepare fresh cheques and give intimation under R.P.A.D. to the petitioners to receive the said cheques.

In view of above, we do not find that any case is made out for invoking the contempt jurisdiction. Contempt petition is rejected.
