Mr. Gandhe, learned Counsel for the appellant submitted that appellant is reported to be dead. The notice report also shows that the appellant is dead. His death certificate shows that on 30.10.2021 the appellant is died.

Mr. Gandhe, learned Counsel for the appellant further makes a statement on instructions that the legal heirs of the appellant do not want to proceed with the appeal.
