Heard Shri Y.S. Giramkar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri S.Y. Deopujari, learned GP for the respondent.

It appears that after alleged action of removal of Committee members by the petitioner, the Cooperative Department has proceeded further and initiated some action under the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

Without going into correctness or otherwise of said action, we find that the effort in present petition is to prevent and stall that action.

Hence, keeping all contentions of the petitioner open and with liberty to the petitioner to raise appropriate defences as and when occasion therefor arises, we dispose of the present petition. No order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
