We do not see any cause of action to support this public interest litigation presented on 5th June, 2018. The grievance made appears to be in relation to alleged acts or omissions somewhere in October, 2017 or prior thereto.

Counsel for petitioner submits that on 30th May, 2018 a reply to representation was received. He is seeking time to place it on record. As we find pleadings and arguments too general, we are not inclined to adjourn the matter.

One Advocate Abhiyan Suresh Barahate has filed an application vide C.A.O. No.991/2018 for placing certain information on record. He is not party to litigation and he has also not filed any application seeking leave to intervene.

In this situation, without observing anything on merits of controversy and keeping all contentions open, we dispose of the public interest litigation as also civil application. No costs.
