DATE : October 18, 2016 The petitioners are aggrieved by order dated 15/04/2015 rejecting the application for amending the plaint.

Considering the fact that the application for amendment was moved after commencement of trial and the impugned order was passed more than a year ago, I am not inclined to interfere at this stage in writ jurisdiction.

Liberty granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 15/04/2015 in appeal if occasion arises. The writ petition is disposed of.
