This petition takes exception to the order dated 09-05-2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Hingna, below Exhibit-17 in Regular Civil Suit No.80/2024. ii.

The petitioner herein has filed a suit for perpetual injunction.

iii.

Pursuant to application filed by the petitioner, by order dated 08-04-2024, the learned trial Court directed the parties to maintain status quo.

iv.

By the order impugned, the learned trial Court has refused to extend the said interim order of status quo till the decision of the application filed by the present petitioner for temporary injunction.

v.

This Court by order dated 17-05-2024 directed the parties to maintain status quo.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the following order is passed :- (a) The learned trial Court shall decide the application filed by the present petitioner for temporary injunction within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(b) The interim order of status quo passed by this Court shall remain in operation till the decision of the application filed by the petitioner for temporary injunction.
