None for applicants. On the earlier date, none was present for the applicants nor applicants had removed the office objections nor placed on record affidavit of service to respondent no.2. On that day, learned APP has placed on record report of Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Mangrulpir, District-Washim. As per the said report, investigating agency is proposed to file 'C' summary in the file. The report is already on record which is marked as 'X' for identification. On that day, since none was present for applicants and in view of report of investigating agency as aforesaid, the matter was adjourned for today for passing further order. In the circumstances and having considering the prayer made in the application which is for quashing of FIR No.92/2017 dated 13.4.

2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 354, 143, 147 read with Sections 3(ii) and (v) of the Scheduled Casts and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act with Police Station, Jaulka (Rly), Tah. Malegaon, District-Washim, we do not find any reason to keep the application pending, the same is thus dismissed in default.
