Accepting the reasons offered in the Misc. Application explaining the situation which led to dismissal of Misc. Civil Application No. 1261 of 2014 to be satisfactory, Misc. Civil Application No. 868 of 2015 for restoration of M.C.A. No. 1261 of 2014 is allowed.

M.C.A. No. 1261 of 2014 is restored to its file. ----- M.C.A. St. No. 1261 of 2014 :

This is Misc. Civil [Revision] Application to set aside the order made by the Registrar [Judicial] of this Court in Second Appeal St. No. 6275 of 2013 refusing registration on failure to remove the office objections by 10th June, 2013.

Heard.

Accepting the reasons offered in the application explaining the situation which led to refusal of registration to be satisfactory, Misc. Civil Application is allowed.

Six weeks are granted for removal of the objections.
