After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the applicant sought permission to withdraw the present application. It was pointed out that out of fourteen witnesses proposed to be examined by the prosecution, three witnesses have already been examined and that the third witness was examined on 12.06.2019.

Considering all these facts, while this application is disposed of as withdrawn, the trial Court is directed to complete the proceedings and render judgment within three months from today.
