We find that the preliminary objection is sustainable. 3.
We therefore dispose of the petition.

The learned ASGI Mr. Deshpande, fairly states that if the petitioner approaches the CAT within two weeks by filing a fresh application or by amending the pending Original Application, no objection on the ground of limitation, delay or laches shall be taken.
