05/06/ The present application is filed for direction to release accrued interest on the amount of compensation deposited. In view of the compromise, First Appeal was withdrawn by appellant- Insurance Company. In view thereof, respondents were allowed to withdraw amount of compensation deposited in the Court. However, there was no order as to interest. In view of the withdrawal of the appeal, there is no impediment in allowing the application. As such, application is allowed.

Nazir is directed to release the accrued interest on the amount of compensation so deposited in favour of respondent Nos.1 and 2. The amount be directly deposited in the account wherein earlier amount of compensation is deposited to the account of respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
