This is an application for suspension of sentence pending the Appeal and for releasing the Applicant - Appellant on bail.

It is pointed out that the Sessions Court itself by order dated 29th March 2019 had suspended the sentence till filing of the Appeal and granted bail on specific conditions.

In view of above, present Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause - (B).

The sentence imposed upon the Applicant - Appellant by the Sessions Court is hereby suspended and the Applicant - Appellant shall continue on bail on the conditions specified by the Sessions Court in the order dated 29th March 2019 during the pendency of Appeal. 5.

Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.
