DATE : 1.7.2015 Shri A.P. Thakre and Shri R.M. Pande, the learned advocates for the petitioner and the respondent jointly submit that the parties would like to explore the possibility of amicable settlement through mediation. The learned advocates request that the matter be referred for mediation to Shri R.D. Dhande advocate.
Shri R.D. Dhande advocate is requested to undertake the mediation and submit the report within eight weeks. The parties undertake to appear before the learned Mediator at the High Court Mediation Center, Nagpur on 10th July, 2015 at 1.45 p.m. List the petition for further consideration on 4th September, 2015.
2 wp1153.15 CIVIL APPLICATION (CAW) NO.1255/2015.
The amount deposited by the petitioner towards maintenance is permitted to be withdrawn by the respondent. The civil application is allowed in the above terms.
CIVIL APPLICATION (CAW) NO.758/2015.
Shri Thakre, the learned advocate for the petitioner states that the petitioner has deposited the amount and, therefore, the prayer made in this application does not survive. The civil application is disposed accordingly.
CIVIL APPLICATION (CAW) NO.428/2015.
The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the interim order was granted by this Court restricting its operation, however, I do not find such order on the record. As the amount is deposited by the petitioner, the impugned order continues. The civil application is allowed. However, as the learned advocate has made submission without verifying the order, the learned advocate shall deposit Rs.500/- with the Legal Aid Services Sub-Committee, High Court, Nagpur and produce the receipt on the record of the petition within four weeks. JUDGE Tambaskar.
