At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if appropriate directions are issued to the trial Court to decide the pending cases, more particularly those reflected at pages 53 and 53(a), the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed.

Upon perusal of the record, it is noted that the matters at Sr. Nos. 1 to 4 at page 53 pertain to the years 2012 and 2017, whereas the matters at Sr. Nos. 1 and 2 at page 53(a) pertain to the years 2017 and 2018. 4.

We accordingly request the trial Court to dispose of the aforesaid proceedings at page 53 & 53(a) expeditiously and, in any case, within a reasonable period not exceeding one year.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
