The applicant has filed this application for relaxation of condition to attend Police Station imposed by this Court by order dated 21.05.2025 while granting anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.116/2025. 2.

The learned Counsel for the applicant has stated that while granting anticipatory bail, this Court imposed the condition to attend the concerned Police station on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. He further submitted that since May, 2025, the applicant is attending the Police Station regularly.

The learned A.P.P. has also conceded that the applicant is attending the Police Station regularly. 4.

Considering the fact that since last five months the applicant is attending the Police Station and the charge-sheet is not yet filed, the condition of attending the Police Station on every Sunday is relaxed. However the applicant is directed to attend the Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer.

The application stands disposed of in the abovesaid terms.
