Date : 3rd July, 2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for the relief claimed in this petition. The petitioner was not working in the private school, but he was working in the Government school.

The petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with liberty as prayed for.
