This application is filed by the victim - girl for grant of leave to file Appeal under Section 372 of Criminal Procedure Code, assailing acquittal of respondent No. 2 of the offence punishable under Section 376(2)(j)(i) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(1)(xii), 3(2)(v) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Since the appeal is preferred by the victim, there is no need to obtain leave for filing the same.

In that view of the matter, application is disposed of as allowed.
