Heard Shri Anil B. Bambal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. N.P. Mehta, learned AGP for the respondents.

It is not in dispute that except Gratuity, other claims are received by the petitioner.

The learned AGP informs that though cheque for gratuity is also ready, as account number of the petitioner is not communicated to the office of the Accountant General at Nagpur, the cheque amount could not be transferred to the said account.

Shri Bambal, learned counsel makes a statement that within next three days he will give account number to the learned AGP, to be intimated by the learned AGP, to and also to the concerned Accounts office.

If such account number is communicated by the petitioner, we direct the said authority to transfer by R.T.G.S., gratuity amount to that account within next two weeks.

With this, as we do not see any deliberate disobedience, Contempt Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
