Learned Registrar (Judicial) refused to register leave application bearing Stamp No.26298/2017 for non-removal of the office objections. It was as per the order dated 17th April, 2018. 3.

The appellant claims that he has removed all the office objections up till now and is ready to deposit the deficit court fee stamp within a period of two weeks. There is a delay in preferring this application. Hence the order:- The delay caused in filing restoration application is condoned.

The order dated 17th April, 2018 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) is set aside and the proceedings of

CAO.1059.2019.

2/2 Miscellaneous Civil Application Stamp No.10681/2018 is restored subject to deposit of the deficit court fee stamp within a period of two weeks.

Both civil applications are allowed and disposed of. JUDGE vijay
