DATED : AUGUST 09, 2019 It is pointed out at the outset by the learned counsel for the applicant that the non-applicants have already approached this Court by filing Revision Application No.17/2019 and that the said application is also listed today before this Court. It is also pointed out that the delay in the present case has occurred because the applicant is an employee of railways and, therefore, it took him some time to approach this Court, also in the backdrop of the fact that he was required to take care of his old aged parents, who were suffering from old age diseases.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the delay is condoned. Criminal Revision No. of 2019.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
