Present application is filed by the applicantappellant for condonation of delay in filing the first appeal. There is a delay of 47 days. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the delay is caused due to some administrative difficulty. I am satisfied that there is no deliberate or intentional delay in filing the first appeal. Accordingly, application is allowed. The delay in filing first appeal is hereby condoned. Registry is directed to register the first appeal.
