The learned Counsel for the petitioner is present and submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner died on 17-04-2023. Accordingly, she has filed a Pursis before the Panel. It also appears that the Superintendent of Central Jail, Amravati has sent an E-mail to the Secretary of the Legal Services Sub-Committee, High Court Bench at Nagpur, informing that the petitioner Deepak Patil expired on 17-04-2023. Having considered the same, it seems that the petition has become infructuous. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of as requested by learned Counsel.
