The said order in the appeal against the petitioner is the subject matter of challenge in W.P. No. 5484/2017. 2] As such, according to Shri Bisen, the petition can be disposed of without going into the merits of the present matter as the issue is already subjudiced in W.P. No. 5484/2017.

3] In view of the above submission, the petition stands disposed of. Needless to clarify that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter.
