DATED : AUGUST 5, 2019 Shri Parchure, learned Counsel for petitioners, has placed on record pursis seeking discharge for want of instructions in spite of communication sent to petitioners.

Prayer in this petition is to issue directions to learned trial Court to complete criminal case No.257/2014 in a time bound manner, which is alleged to be commenced since 1/8/2014 and is still pending. Since petitioners are not present nor have given instructions to their Counsel, they do not appear to be interested in prosecuting this petition. In that view of the matter, we allow Shri Parchure, learned Counsel for petitioners, to seek discharge.

Considering the limited prayer in the petition, we grant liberty in favour of petitioners to take
