DATE : 24.02.2017 Shri Vyas, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has expired and the legal heirs of the petitioner are prosecuting their remedy before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. It is stated that the rights of the legal heirs of the petitioner would be governed by the orders of the said Tribunal.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
