DATED : 06-08-2024 Paragraph 10 of the affidavit-in-reply filed by respondent No.2 reads thus - "10.
It is most humbly submitted that, at present the State Government has directed to take action in respect of staff justification (lap ekU;rk) and other related matters therefore, if the petitioners submit their proposal after removing discrepancies mentioned in letter dated 12-12-2023 and 08-4-2024 for including the name of the petitioner Nos.3 to 5 in Shalarth Pranali through Education Officer, the answering respondent will decide the proposal of the petitioners as per prevailing Government Policy and once the action regarding preparing staff justification is complete by the State Government."

In view of aforesaid, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners shall be taking steps pursuant to the aforesaid observations and the respondents in view thereof shall expeditiously take decision afresh in the matter of allocation of 'Shalarth id' as expeditiously as possible and
2 wp3206.24 in any case, within a period of four weeks from the date of reporting compliance in view of what has been stated in paragraph 10 hereinabove.

We are informed by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that endeavour shall be made to report necessary compliance pursuant to paragraph 10 hereinabove within a period of two weeks from today. 4.
The petition accordingly stands disposed of.
