DATE : February 01, 2021 Affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent No.4Education Officer in which it has been stated that insofar as petitioner Nos.2 to 6 are concerned, the pay bill for the arrears of salary as per recommendations of 6th and 7th Pay Commission has been forwarded to the Pay Unit.

In view of the statements made in the affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent No.4 it is clear that the order dated 07/03/2018 in Writ Petition No.111/2018 has been substantially complied. It is expected that the Management insofar as petitioner No.1 is concerned will take appropriate steps to enable the petitioner No.1 to receive the benefit of arrears of salary as directed. There is no reason to keep the present proceedings pending. Hence the same are disposed of.
