Shri A.S. Deshpande, Advocate for the respondent. CORAM: SMT.M.S. JAWALKAR AND PRAVIN S. PATIL, JJ. DATED : 18/08/2025.
Heard.
2.
In the present petition, the disobedience of order dated 23.01.2024 is alleged, whereby directions were issued by this Court to the Competent Authority to decide the Representation of the petitioner within a period of three months and communicate the same to the petitioner. 3.
However, it is seen that the Representation of the petitioner has been decided on 15.07.2024, which is admittedly not within stipulated period and for that the respondent has tendered unconditional apology by filing his affidavit dated 19.07.2024.
4.
Therefore, considering the above said factual position, it is seen that the respondent has purged the contempt.
5.
Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
