This Civil Application is filed for a direction to the Respondent Nos.2 and 3- College to permit the Petitioner to attend the online classes of 5th Semester of B.E. in Fire Engineering. 2.

The Petitioner was granted provisional admission to B.E. in Fire Engineering in the Respondent Nos.2 and 3- College on 14 August 2018. The Petitioner did not have a Caste Validity

09.02caw1093 of 2020.odt Certificate from the Competent Authority. The RespondentCollege has admitted the Petitioner in the Course provisionally. By order dated 15 February 2020, the Scrutiny Committee has invalidated the caste certificate of the Petitioner, and the Petitioner is removed from the College from August 2020.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that since the Petitioner has already completed the part of her studies and the seat will become vacant, the Petitioner will be permitted to attend the online classes. It is not possible for us to accede to such request. The claim of the Petitioner has been invalidated and the fact that the Petitioner has already been removed from the Respondent- College, by way of this Civil Application, the Petitioner cannot be permitted to attend the online classes. The Civil Application is disposed of.

List the Petition for admission on 16 February 2021, when the Petitioner's challenge to the order of the Scrutiny Committee can be considered.
