Present application is disposed of by allowing the same and petition No. A-245/2016 is pending before the learned Judge Family Court No.2 is transferred to the learned 15th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur for adjudication. However, the learned Advocate for the non-applicant submitted that she wants to challenge the said order before the Hon'ble Apex Court and prayed for stay to this order.

Considering her request, the order passed in MCA No. 447/2022 is stayed for two weeks. Till then, learned Judge Family Court No.2 as well as 15th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur shall not proceed with the concerned proceedings which are pending before it.
