The learned advocate for the petitioner has filed affidavit on behalf of the petitioner stating therein that the respondent no. 4 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Gondia, has assured the petitioner that the petitioner will be granted all the benefits as full time Librarian w.e.f. 01.07.2002, pursuant to the directions issued by this Court. In that view, the petitioner has averred that he is not pressing contempt petition. The contempt petition, is therefore, disposed of.
