Date : 23 rd NOVEMBER, 2015 Heard Advocate Tekade for the petitioner and learned APP for the respondents.

Advocate Takade submits that the petitioner is a duly registered Architect with the Council of Architecture and has therefore attempted to bring to the notice of all the concerned that person signing on behalf of M/s Patil & Associates at Akola is not a registered Architect. APP submits that the grievance appears to be out of professional competition.

The impugned communication advises the petitioner to approach the authority which has given work to M/s Patil & Associates. In

2311wp503.14 this situation, as we find that the Council of Architecture exists and it can take necessary steps in the matter if it finds that somebody is unauthorizedly attempting to present himself as an Architect, we grant leave to the petitioner to make appropriate representation to that authority. If such representation is made within a period of three weeks, that authority will look into the same at the earliest, and preferably within six weeks.

It is made clear that neither M/s Patil & Associates nor Council of Architecture is a party before this Court. Hence, the observations made by this Court, supra, are not binding and cannot prejudice the said persons in the matter. With these observations, writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
