4. This is an application for grant of stay to the impugned judgment and order dated 13.04.2022. 5.

Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that the entire amount of compensation has been deposited. The interest is not deposited. The copy of the deposit receipt is placed on record. In view of this, the application is allowed.

Subject to deposit of interest there shall be stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and order dated 13.04.2022 passed by the Commissioner, Under Employees Compensation Act and Judge, 4th Labour Court, Nagpur in Application ECA No. (B)-25/2020 until further orders.

7. The civil application stands disposed of, accordingly.
