926wp5069.24 petition as a representation of the Petitioners and deal with it in the light of observations made by Hon'ble Allahabad High Court in the matter of Smt. Sabita Sharma and 2 others .vs. State of U.P. and 2 others (Writ-C No.30088/2022).
