CRI. APPLICATION (APPP) NO. 940/2022 1.

By this application, the applicants have requested to tag another Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 260/2022 which is equally for transfer of three civil proceedings in the Court of Hingoli. Admittedly, this application is also for transfer of criminal proceeding in the Court of Hingoli. In both applications, the reasons seeking for transfer are one

2 27appln24.21 and the same. In order to avoid inconsistent adjudication. It is desirable to club both the transfer applications in one Court.

Registrar (Judicial) is requested to seek necessary direction for clubbing both the matters i.e. existing Miscellaneous Criminal Application No. 24/2021 and Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 260/2022 in one Court.

Stand over after two weeks.
