Learned APP Mr. Mirza makes a statement that the charge-sheet has already been filed in the competent court.

Mr. Mandpe, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is not happy with the investigation pursuant to which the chargesheet has been filed. Be that as it may, we think, the petition

should come to an end with the statement made by learned APP. Hence the following order:- Criminal Writ Petition No. 512 of 2015 is disposed of in view of filing of the charge-sheet. Petitioner is granted liberty to take such steps as are available in law before the Magistrate where the charge-sheet is filed.
