By way of this application, the appellant-Insurance Company made a prayer to permit them to withdraw an excess amount.

This Court by order dated 12.12.2025 directed the Registry to place on record the calculations done by the office and details of the amount, which has been withdrawn by the respondents in the matter and how much amount is to be refunded to the Insurance Company. Accordingly, this Court received report which shows that the appellant are entitled for refund of Rs.3,29,720/-.

Hence, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 12th January, 2026.
