Learned Counsel for the applicant made his submission. After going through the investigation papers, this Court has expressed non-inclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh if trial is not commenced at the earliest.

Permission is granted to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh if there is no progress in the trial within one year.
