For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The order dated 10/06/2019 dismissing the appeal for non removal of office objection is hereby quashed and set aside.

The Registry is directed to restore the second appeal on its stamp number. After restoration of the appeal, the applicant is permitted to carry out necessary amendment by bringing legal representatives of appellant on record.
