By this application, the petitioner is seeking condonation of 75 days in filing the restoration application. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 75 days is condoned.

Misc. Civil Application (Stamp) No. 10669 of 2025. This Court by conditional order dated 20th December, 2024 granted time of four weeks to remove office objections and clarify that SKNair

935-cao-756-25.odt failure to remove office objections, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. It is seen from the record that petitioner failed to remove office objections within a specific time period granted by this Court.

By the present application, the petitioner stated that due to inadvertent mistake, and immediate Chirstmas Vacation started from next day, office objections were not removed. Consequently, as per order of this Court, the petition came to be dismissed. 3.

As such, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The order dated 20th December, 2024 is hereby recalled and office is directed to restore the writ petition subject to costs of Rs.1,000/- to be deposited in the High Court Gazetted Officers Association, Nagpur.
