Mr. Kolhe, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that since the respondent has paid the amount of Rs. 73,000/- directly to the petitioner, the order dated 19.3.2018 passed by the learned 25th Judicial Magistrate, First Class (Special Court for 138 N.I. Act) has been complied with. Learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute the said statement. In view of the compliance, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of. Proceedings are dropped.
